Uniform Chaperone
Rules/Duties
TEAMS: Each
team is to consist of three or four riders, one horse manager and a chaperone.
One of the riders is to be
designated as team captain and act as spokesperson.
Teams may be of mixed
levels. Individual riders will be placed
on mixed teams.
Three adult volunteers to
work two-half days are requested per team.
Other Information and Special

Fees do not include meals or
accommodations.

be available on site for purchase Sunday and Monday mornings and mid-day. Lunch sandwiches or salads for each day may
be ordered in advance using the Lunch order form (to be sent out at a later
date).
Sunday Evening Bring
Your Own BBQ
An optional but highly anticipated annual social
event for the teams, parents and family is planned for Sunday evening. This year we are trying something different
the First Annual Bring Your Own BBQ.
We will supply grills, salads, dessert and beverages you just supply
your main course. The BBQ will be held
on site at UNH after the close of Sunday’s rally session. Please complete attached RSVP form for your
teams if you wish to attend and submit with your entry.
Stabling: All
competitors must provide their own bedding.
Stalls must be stripped upon departure. Any damage to stall will be billed directly
too the individual in question. Please
bring a staple gun as tape is NOT PERMITTED on the stalls.
Introductory,
Training and Quadrille tests will be ridden in a
small arena.
All First Level and
above, Musical Freestyles and Pas De Deux tests will
be ridden in the large arena. Each rider
will ride (2) test on Sunday and
will repeat the higher level test on Monday morning. Musical rides will be performed on Monday
afternoon. The following are recommended

A Musical Freestyle in the form of
a Kur, Pas de Deux or Quadrille is required for all individuals trying to
qualify for nationals.
All Musical Freestyle tests will
be the 2007 USDF test sheets except, Training Level which will use the 2004
USPC test Sheets
Please note that according to the
official rules, First Level and up teams may contain ONE member who is rated D3. They must meet age requirements and all of
the additional requirements listed above.
C-1 and above NOT trying to qualify for Nationals Championships may select
dressage tests appropriate to the level of their horse.
