Pentucket Forms & Information

Renewing Members:
1) Complete the PPC Membership Application available in the Forms dropdown.

Please mail the Application with a check payable to Pentucket Pony Club, to the Club's Treasurer, Erin McClintock at 14 Eastern Ave, Wakefield MA 01880.

2) USPC Participating Member application will be sent to you, via email,  by the DC.  There is a discount if you renew early!

New Members:  
All new applicants must get approved by one of our DCs.

Once approved, please submit your PPC membership application. The DC will then send you an email inviting you to join the USPC.
